Rustic Slice of Heaven...
A beautifully renovated substantial farmhouse in the sleepy French countryside east of bordeaux. Beautifully furnished but retaining a slightly ramshackle charm and an earthiness in keeping with it's former life. The large high rooms and thick ancient walls retain a coolness, seemingly transporting you to Another calmer world.
Perfectly placed for adventures in serious wine country but you might find yourself struggling to escape the house and garden's sleepy embrace with its lazy rosé lunches under the trees and cooling dips in the pool.
Nearby Monségur has a lively night market that is the highlight of the week for visitors and locals alike. Products from nearby proudly displayed for sale at "local" prices while bands accompany picnickers eating their supper in the covered market.
For me, Manoir des Vites is the perfect place to relax and enjoy what is an oasis of calm in "La France Profonde".

Terms and Conditions
Changeover Day : Saturday in peak season~mid June to mid September ~ at other times we are more flexible.
Pricing for whole house rental:
May - mid June £3750 a week.
Mid June - August £4100 a week September £3750 a week
October and November £3000 a week.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for prices for long weekends.
Payment can be made in either sterling or equivalent euros.
To secure a booking a 30% deposit is required. At the time of booking a contract will be issued.
40% of the total holiday cost is required 4 weeks before the holiday start date.
The final 30% is due before entry into the premises.
Additional Security Deposit : of £750 or equivalent euros is required before the start of holiday
This is refunded up to 2 weeks after leaving. An inventary is made available.
Insurance : Guests are strongly encouraged to take out insurance to cover any accidental damage or cancellation costs.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Reasonable end of stay cleaning is included.
However above and beyond the call of duty will be charged at 20 euros per hour.
Additional mid week cleaning is possible by prior arrangement.
Smoking is only permitted outside.

Departure Time :10,00 hrs
A booking form must be completed before you receive confirmation of your holiday.
Pricing for Bed and Breakfast:Open from April until July and from Mid September until late November.Our rooms range in price from £115 to £165 or 135 to 195 euros a night. Please email for further details.
